Refund and Returns Policy

Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. brings you a premium range of modern Australian spirits and liqueurs. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.


We work with Australia Post for nationwide delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, subject to weather conditions and public holidays. Express post is available at an extra charge and usually takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.


We offer a 15-day return policy if you are unsatisfied with your product. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and make it right. Please reach out to if you have any concerns.

Exempt Goods

The following items are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Worn merchandise

Refunds & Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Afterward, you will be provided with either an exchange or refund of the item’s value to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
