Using local North Queensland Vanilla, we’ve infused our House Vodka to create a delicate and delicious Vanilla Vodka perfect for our House Espresso Martini. With a rich vanilla flavour and natural yellow hue, it’s ready to mix into any cocktail, without compromising on flavour.

38% Abv • 700ml • 21 standard drinks approx.

Vanilla supplied by Divine Vanilla, Mareeba FNQ.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla Ice-cream with Toasted Oats.
Taste:  Buttery Vanilla with hints of Nougat.
Finish: Lingering Butterscotch with a dry finish.
How to Serve
Try it with Coke, Lemonade or Ginger Beer, for a Vanilla twist.

Recommended Cocktail

- Espresso Martini -

In a Cocktail Shaker, add:
- 40ml Heritage Vanilla Vodka
- 20ml Heritage Coffee Liqueur
- 15ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
- 1 Shot of fresh Espresso

Ice, shake & double strain into a Coupette Glass.
Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans.
