Taste: Pronounced Aniseed with Liquorice and a hint of sweetness.
Finish: Long finish with lingering Liquorice.

-15ml fresh Lemon Juice
-10ml Sugar Syrup
-30ml Heritage House Vodka
-20ml OPA Anise Spirit
-50ml Apple Juice
Add ice, churn & top with Soda.
Garnish with an Apple Fan.
