Our Premium House Dry Gin, is a classic London Dry Style gin. It’s robust and juniper heavy, with traditional botanicals. Serve it with fresh orange for a delicious G&T, or perfect to use in your favourite gin cocktail!
40% Abv • 700ml • 22.1 standard drinks approx.

Botanicals:

  • Juniper
  • Corriander Seed
  • Licorice Root
  • Angelica Root
  • Cardamom
  • Macadamia
  • Navel Orange Peel

Tasting Notes
Nose: Zesty Orange Peel and Piney Juniper.
Taste:  Fresh Orange with a hint of Sweet Anise and Juicy Juniper Berries.
Finish: Dry Finish with Warm Cardamom spice.
How to Serve
We recommend serving over ice with your choice of quality Soda or Tonic Water, and a wheel of fresh Orange.

Recommended Cocktail

- Tom Collins -

In a Highball Glass, add:
- 30ml fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml House Dry Gin

Fill with ice, top with soda and churn.
Garnish with a dehydrated Lemon Wheel.
