To encourage the responsible disposal and recycling of spirit bottles, we have implemented a Bottle Return Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers can receive a $5 discount on their next purchase when returning their empty spirit bottle and lid.

Policy Details:

1. Eligibility:

• This policy is applicable to all customers who have purchased spirit bottles from Heritage Exchange Distilling Co.

2. Eligible Bottles:

• Only empty and clean spirit bottles, originally purchased from Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. are eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

• Customers must bring their empty spirit bottles to a designated bottle return location at The Heritage Exchange.
• Bottles must be in good condition with no visible damage or cracks.
• Bottles must be clean and free from any residues or foreign substances.

4. Discount Amount:

• Customers who return an eligible empty spirit bottle will receive a $5 discount voucher to be used on their next purchase of Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. products.

5. Redemption:

• The $5 discount voucher can be redeemed in-store at the Heritage Exchange or online through the Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. Website.
• The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who returned the bottle.

6. Expiration:

• The $5 discount voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Limitations:

• Only one $5 discount voucher will be issued per eligible bottle returned.
• The discount voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

8. Discretion:

• The Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a discount voucher or discontinue this policy if a customer is found to be abusing the system or attempting to return bottles that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

9. Responsibility:

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they receive a discount voucher when returning an eligible bottle. Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. will not issue backdated vouchers for bottles returned without requesting a voucher at the time of return.

10. Amendments:

• Heritage Exchange Distilling Co. reserves the right to amend or terminate this Bottle Return and Discount Policy at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Bottle Return Policy, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
